She doesn't remember what she had for breakfast. She doesn't remember to take her pills, and when she does remember, she deliberately doesn't. Her attention span runs about 2 minutes.

The patient is wheelchair bound and in pain after a fall. They don't seem very responsive so the questions all go to the home heathcare person (no idea what their qualifications are).

When we left off, my partner was treating a patient based on the Mechanism of Injury (MOI) rather than the actually injuries.
I got a quick release form from the other driver and returned to the rig to find that the patient was covered in gauze care of 2 over-zealous newbies eager to use their skills. Poor patient looked like he'd been attacked by a troop of bandage-bearing boy scouts.
